What does Grace stand for?
Grief awareness.
We deal with people who are grieving, and their grief can be manifested in various ways. We need to be empathetic no matter how their grief is expressed and show them the love of Christ.
Respect.
We need to show respect to the decedent’s remains as well as to all loved ones present. We are to appear compassionate and friendly but never light-hearted, and we need to give the loved ones who are present time to say their last good-byes.
Appearance.
Appearance matters to grieving loved ones and is the visual aspect of respect. Clothes, demeanor and vehicles all need to be formal and conservative.
Customer awareness.
While we interact with grieving loved ones during removals, our customer is the funeral home. Our job is to make the funeral home look good by our actions, appearance and demeanor, and thus give value to our customers.
Expertise.
We are removal experts and we will always strive to be the best at what we do. This will be through the use of training, equipment and technology.
